After a few bumps in the road after purchasing and driving away, a few misunderstandings and communication between myself, salesman, and service rep, my issues were quickly rectified by a very kind and helpful service manager named Dwayne. If I didn't have to get arbitration assistance in my pursuit for a resolution in this matter I would give them a 5 star. Maybe my issue was one in a million. I can say for sure that they have a GREAT management team that will help you.
I was driving cross country and was in need of an oil change, so I drove in without an appointment and explained I was passing through and was there anyway I could get in? She was so mice and helpful, I was all set. Great service
Made an appt weeks in advance for a simple problem. Waited 45 min to be seen. What is the point of an appointment? Technicians spent 20 minutes deciding that my claim was exactly correct and NOW they were going to order the parts. It has now been 3.5 weeks and my warranty claim on my brand new vehicle is still not solved, and my issue still persists

I came to Bill Gatton Chevy to look at a used truck that I had seen online. Man, I'm glad I did!! I was promptly greeted by DJ. I would highly recommend asking for him. He answered all of my questions and helped me in every way that he could. Ended up buying the truck. Everything was above average, except when I went to deal with the guy in the business/finance office. Its no wonder they keep him from being a salesman, 0 people skills and no personality. Aside from that, I will gladly visit this dealership in the future!
