I really like DO Phillip Gilliam he told me everything he was doing. He was real nice .
Absolutely wonderful. My previous eye doctor diagnosed me with a tumor and macular degeneration. I wanted a second opinion, so I decided on LensCrafters and Dr. Carlson. It was the best decision I have made regarding ocular health. I find my eye are fairly health with no tumor or macular degeneration. Also I paid half the price for my new glasses and lenses included. Overall I paid $220, last year at my old optician I paid over $600. I will be making this my regular eye doctor.
No bathroom for customers. Visionworks has same selection better prices and good service while you wait and get fitted.
The facility is very nice and the selection is larger than in Kingsport, however, there is a woman named Katherine Frye there who is literally the most argumentative person I've ever met. She somehow found a way to argue about everything I said or asked. Just one of those bitter people that obviously don't enjoy their job or are severely lacking in customer service skills. I will not return to this location, regardless of the newness and niceness of the actual building. If you want a real damper on your day, make sure to see Katherine Frye, she will argue the sky isn't blue!
I would 100% recommend anyone to come visit LensCrafters!! They are amazing and great at what they do!! They are very helpful!! Absolutely very kind and caring people to help your vision!!
