Me And my family we're here and got $20 stolen from us because we were busy helping a lady with one of the stupid washers! Told the owner and didn't even offer to look at the cameras or do anything about it. There's so many cameras in here but God knows if they REALLY WORK!!
I was here with my daughters and an elderly lady needed help because the washer didn't rince like it was supposed to so we were helping her call the owner. While we we're doing so we turned walked over and helped the lady. We weren't far and we didn't think the money would get stolen! But it did. It was our last $20 to do laundry with and someone walked in and walked out with our coins. The owner showed up and my daughter told him and all he said was "That never happens here." He didn't offer to look or go look at the cameras or even care to be nice enough to give us money back to do our laundry with. I know its not his responsibility but still. Would have been nice. But thankfully a kind lady gave us $20 to do our laundry.
Iv been coming here for 3 years! I enjoy coming here I believe it's the best and maintained laundry place in Bristol. The owners are nice as far as i know... Til today I'm NOT HAPPY!! My family and I we're helping and elderly lady and some guy walked in and walked out with $20 bucks!! Told the guy that owns it and all he said was "That never happens here". And didn't even bother showing us a video or giving us money back. Just drove away in his nice car! SO DISAPPOINTED!!!
Machines charge your card for a higher price than advertised, I used android pay and was charged double than what was advertised and it even said android pay was declined knowing full well I have more than enough but yet still took it out because the machine was messed up. I even called the owner and he insinuated it was my fault. I will be calling my bank and getting my money back if the hold does not drop off.
Clean with great machines! Have been a customer for 15 years!
