Great place to take your pet and do some shopping friendly and helpful staff
Overall, great place to shop for pet products including fish, birds, reptiles, hamsters and their respective food requirements. You can have your receipts printed or emailed to you to conviently keep track of your expenses all in one place!
Will never buy another pet from there. In a months time we purchased 2 hampsters 6 fish a snail a shrimp and a bearded dragon. Within a few weeks the shrimp the 2 hampsters and the bearded dragon have all died. Pet smart animals are not tested for diseases before being placed with other animals to spread the diseases beware of buying pets from here...
We hope Petsmart improves this service.

Very helpful employees. Wide variety of pet supplies. Groomers do a great job.
Only area we hope to see improvement is the dog grooming area. The quality of their salon seems to have deteriorated: we have tried multiple stores and spoke to other long time customers who also have had poor experiences of late with young inexperienced groomers. We realize the grooming department is a separate entity, however, it is under the Petsmart name. In the past, we trusted and enjoyed many fine groomers.
Helpful staff, nice seasonal selections! They offer classes for your animals~ and certification through Therapy Dogs International. Miss Fran Hutchins at the Johnson City store is a gem. Have referred many folks to her classes!
