Customer service is good. There is always at least one person with extensive knowledge on the topic which you have inquiries about.
They have a nice selection but the employees are really lacking. There is about 2 guys that work there who are nice and helpful but the rest just stands around talking instead of coming to help you. When you finally can get them to help, they usually don't know anything about the product you're asking about. We've also had preorders there and get an alert saying it's arrived and when we go they can't find it. Then after having about 3 people look, someone finally finds it. Other times we go in to preorder and cant because they cant find the product in their computer so we have to just order online. Its a pain.
Called today to ask about a price match for Amazon's buy 3 4k blue rays for 50$. Was treated rudely and talked over buy a young women who had no idea how to do her job. She continued to interupt me and try to talk over me. Then hung up on me. I'll just buy from Amazon. Easier! Cheaper! I also don't have to worry about being treated rudely.
My wife shopped for a Bluetooth speaker, Bluetooth headphones, and a Bluetooth transmitter because our "Smart TV" is an older model and isn't even Bluetooth capable and we wanted to listen to music via the Bluetooth speaker out by our hot tub. The sales associate was very helpful, listening to my wife's needs, then helping her to shop for the best buy at the price she could afford and still having the qualities she was looking for. He read the boxes and explained the difference between products. She was "window shopping" for a Smart TV later in the year and he was kind enough to show her several and explain to her the differences between them. I highly recommend the Bristol, VA Best Buy to anyone.
