This review is both on a personal level and a business level. My relationship with Reford Eller has been one in which he provides detail and aftermarket products for both my personally owned vehicles and for my vehicle inventory as well as my customers. I am satisfied with the service he has provided me over the years. With my vehicle inventory, with the amount of incoming vehicles, any deficits have always been addressed and handled quickly.
My car has been there for almost a month. It needed to be reprogrammed, (remote start) . Every day a different lie, if you even get an answer. It has a lifetime warranty. This should have been a simple fix. He promised to put a new one on, but that was 2 weeks ago! Going to BBB today! Do not take your vehicles here. This place was reputable a few years ago!
The only place we go to have our windows tinted. Have been coming here for years! Great people and always satisfied with their work!
