Wow, the things people will post to try to take somebody else's good fortune. The lies that people will tell is sometimes just completely ludicrous. If you really want to know anything about this business then you should give them a call. You can't believe half of the stuff that gets posted.
Never go to this pet salon...the guy tim justice the owner the only good review was from him, is a terrible drug addict and makes his poor wife do everything. Tim had screwed over his mom, grandmother, aunts, old landlords, and is no bad on drugs they barely are keeping the salon open. Janna stays there to be tims slave. She actually married a drug addict. Anyone who knows tim justice knows he is the biggest liar thief in Bristol va. DO NOT STEP IN THEIR DRIVEWAY THEY WILL ROB YOU
They did a great job on my yorkie he was in desperate need of a grooming and when I went to pick him up he looked amazing!! He was inside in the air conditioning instead of outside in the heat he was chilling watching TV will be taking him back in the future thanks girls yall did a great job and we're very friendly and helpful!!!
My little 4 pound Shih Tzu hates EVERYONE, but she LOVES Janna AND TIM! She gets so excited when we get there and when she sees Tim she wiggles all over, she can't wait for him to take her. If they were abusive (I do not believe they are!) she would be terrified. She has a very high pitched 'scream' when she is afraid. If they have ever even scolded another dog in her presence she would be afraid of them, but she is not! I was shocked when I read the negative comment that lady wrote. She's CRAZY! They are the nicest people in the world! My Deedra would let it be known VERY LOUDLY if there was a problem. It is worth repeating - she hates EVERYONE, but NOT the wonderful folks at Doggy Stylez!
Great with both our small dogs. Did a wonderful job great price. Better than any one I have tried in town. Sweet and easy to talk to.
