I had just moved to the area and needed a place to board our older dog for the weekend. They took such good care of him. They are obviously pet lovers and treasure the animals. The facility is very clean and up to date. They even have web cams to check on your pet. Prices are fair and knowing he is loved and well tended to is priceless. I wouldn't trust our Sparky to just anyone.
He's blind and deaf, and stays indoors, He did not need a summer cut.

When I came to get him hours later, he was SHAVED, TO THE SKIN.
If they felt Mr. Jenkins was too much trouble, I wish they had said so, I'd have taken him elsewhere.
I could have done that much, but trusted them to handle him carefully.
I brought him in, warning them, asking for a simple puppy cut, bath, etc, since we had out-of-state family coming, and they would be meeting him for the first time.
They also pointed to the dirt and wax in his ears to tried to say he had an ear infection,
First time boarding my girl...she was healthy and happy when I picked her up!
I got a casual, "Oh, I gave him a summer cut, I hope it was okay!"
I met the owner before boarding Rocco and he genuinely loves the dogs. It was so comforting.
Mr. Jenkins was very dirty and tangled.

I had tried to bathe him myself, but he was too heavy for me, 40lbs, so he was half-cut.
I knew with a little time and patience he should be fine, and I was willing to pay for their inconvenience.

After a difficult move to the area, our rescued, old, blind, deaf, English Cocker,
Terri and her staff have been grooming our . Shihtzu for at least 7+ years. Our dog despises long hair, which shihtzus are known for,the beauty of it. But not ours....once she starts to grow out...she goes crazy gnawing and knotting her hair up. Kut and Fluff never complains about that, they fix her up, make her so cute and she comes home happy as can be. They treat her like a princess and know her by name. This place can't be beat!! Super friendly and you know your precious animal is loved on!! And superbly groomed!!
