With all that said, still give it 5 stars. Great place to stay. Right by the interstate.
This is a clean and comfortable motel. It is convenient to the interstate, I-81. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a good value for overnight stays.
Good for the night. It was clean and breakfast was above adequate.
Was easy to check in. People were polite and professional. Room was clean. No odors. Very comfortable beds!! Breakfast was average but for the price of the stay, can't beat it. Only thing is the elevator layout to the 2nd floor. It's all the way at the end of the building instead of by the lobby so if you were on the 2nd floor all the way at the end of the opposite side, you have to go a long way to carry your luggage if you can't carry it through the stairs.
Nice place, got us in ( two adults) last minute in Bristol on a race day for a very reasonable price. Everyone we were in contact with was very helpful. Room was clean and the showers water pressure was top notch. We will definitely keep them in mind next trip.
Although this is not a plush Hotel their customer service is excellent and the manager and his team will do anything to make sure you are taking care of during your stay!
